These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and purchases from UrbanJoy at urbanjoy.online. By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

1. About UrbanJoy

UrbanJoy offers digital downloads, print-on-demand apparel, and other spiritual, metaphysical, lifestyle, and educational products. Questions about these Terms or an order may be sent to alan@urbanjoy.online.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. If you are under the age of majority, you may use this website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and for keeping account credentials secure. Notify UrbanJoy promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.

3. Products and Information

UrbanJoy makes reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, placement, scale, materials, measurements, and packaging may vary slightly from digital images or mockups. Natural items such as crystals may also vary in color, pattern, shape, and size.

Product availability, specifications, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. UrbanJoy may correct typographical errors or inaccuracies and may limit quantities or discontinue products.

4. Spiritual and Educational Disclaimer

Spiritual, metaphysical, tarot, crystal, manifestation, ritual, and related content and products are offered for personal, educational, inspirational, or entertainment purposes. UrbanJoy does not guarantee any spiritual, emotional, financial, medical, legal, or other outcome.

UrbanJoy content is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed advice. Always use candles, oils, herbs, incense, crystals, and ritual tools responsibly and follow applicable safety instructions.

5. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. UrbanJoy may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or fulfillment limitations. If UrbanJoy cancels a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. Separate items may be fulfilled by different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, optional expedited-shipping charges, and other disclosed charges are calculated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the total charge shown.

Payment services may be provided by third-party processors and are also subject to their terms and privacy practices. UrbanJoy does not control delays caused by a bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Print-on-demand and third-party fulfilled products may require additional production time and may ship separately. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs, address errors, supplier issues, or events outside UrbanJoy’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact UrbanJoy immediately if an address must be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges unless checkout states otherwise.

8. Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand products are made after an order is placed. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct design, color, and size. Slight differences between mockups and completed products may occur. Cancellation, return, and exchange options may be limited once production begins.

9. Digital Products and License

Digital downloads are licensed, not sold, for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use unless a product page expressly grants different rights. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, or make the files publicly available.

Customers are responsible for confirming device, software, printing, and file-format compatibility before purchase. Download access may be limited or revoked when fraud, unauthorized sharing, or other misuse is reasonably suspected.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the UrbanJoy Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Review that policy before completing a purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

The UrbanJoy name, logos, website design, original artwork, product designs, downloads, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by UrbanJoy or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited personal-use license expressly provided with a product.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through automated means without permission; use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; or infringe the rights of UrbanJoy or another person.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, social platforms, or other services. UrbanJoy is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express product warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded. UrbanJoy does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific personal or spiritual results.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrbanJoy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, content, or products. UrbanJoy’s total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

UrbanJoy may update these Terms when business practices, services, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Severability and No Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s location.
