That specificity means the ritual carries the weight of an actual beginning, not just a calendar date.

The cinnamon itself has a practical side benefit I didn’t expect: the smell lingers near the window for a day or two, which means I’m reminded of the intention every time I walk past it, not just in the moment I set it down. That lingering scent has become its own quiet reinforcement, a sensory nudge back toward whatever I set out to focus on.

How This Fits With My Other Prosperity Rituals

It’s a modest little ritual, but new beginnings have started to feel more deliberately marked since I began treating them this way, instead of just sliding into a new month without noticing.
